The hotel is located near the railway station. As many friends say, there are many buses near the hotel, the rooms are clean, the facilities are relatively new, and the hardware is good, but it is not up to the five-star standard. After staying in Xi'an for a few days, I found that the service consciousness in Xi'an was relatively weak. Taxi drivers were picky and refused to take a taxi seriously. I didn't know what passengers they wanted to take. Moreover, taxis in Xi'an have never been driven to the platform in front of the hotel. They all stop at the side of the road. In fact, it's just a matter of taking two more steps. But on the last morning, when we took a taxi to leave, it was raining. There were five people in our party, including three old people (two of whom were over 70 years old, and the other one was close to 70 years old), a six-year-old child, with luggage, asked the hotel to help us take a taxi. Although the doorman also helped us take a taxi, we seemed to be a little evasive to the person who was about to leave, and didn't mean to take a handle at all. To be honest, I didn't say that I was very unhappy. Five of us were caught in the rain and dragged our luggage to the roadside to get on the bus. This is absolutely impossible to happen in five-star hotels in other cities. I think that even in daily life, young people can sometimes help us, and we are hotel guests. Of course, I must be realistic. When I checked in, the lobby manager and the doorman were very warm and polite. I had a very good impression at that time!
